Project 514 in the Netherlands is a growing organization that seeks to assist people of all faiths, cultures, and world-views in the area of personal growth through community groups. These groups strive to assist people by providing coaching in the areas of life purpose, family interaction, interpersonal relationships, and struggles with addictive behaviors. Project 514 is seeking applications from qualified candidates for its Director of Marketing and Generational Services position. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the establishment and facilitation of generationally focused community groups. Candidates must have previous experience in leading youth oriented and young adult assemblies, creative marketing, and strategic practices in guiding concentrated groups.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND GENERATIONAL SERVICES
OVERVIEW
Project 514 in the Netherlands is a growing organization that seeks to assist people of all faiths, cultures, and world-views in the area of personal growth through community groups. These groups strive to assist people by providing coaching in the areas of life purpose, family interaction, interpersonal relationships, and struggles with addictive behaviors. Project 514 is seeking applications from qualified candidates for its Director of Marketing and Generational Services position. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the establishment and facilitation of generationally focused community groups. Candidates must have previous experience in leading youth oriented and young adult assemblies, creative marketing, and strategic practices in guiding concentrated groups.
AS A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE, YOU MUST BE:
- A leader who is able to guide and instruct others
- Highly organized
- Able to excel in a rapidly changing environment
- Able to positively influence the interaction and learning within community groups
- In possession of strong oral and written communication skills
- Passionate about equipping young people to overcome difficulties
- A first language English speaker and a willingness to learn Dutch (unless known already)
- Able to lead group discussions in English and Dutch
- A graduate (with an earned degree specializing in youth culture and communication) from an institution approved by the Baptist Bible Fellowship International (Baptist Bible College, Springfield MO; Boston Baptist College, Boston MA; Louisiana Baptist University, Shreveport LA)
- Experienced, with a minimum of 5 years, in leading groups discussions
- Experienced, with a minimum of 3 years, in obtaining grants and other sources of fund-raising
- Experienced, with a minimum of 5 years, in instructing and leading young people
- Willing to travel and relocate as determined by the Board of Directors
- Capable of creating promotional materials for Project 514
AS A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE, YOU KNOW:
- How to form and facilitate community groups
- How to develop budgets relating to your area(s) of responsibility
- How to communicate effectively with organization decision makers
- How to assess potential leaders
- How to formulate growth strategies
- How to relate to youth and young adults
- How to generate creative promotion materials
AS A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE, YOU WIL BE:
- Developing and executing the best generational strategies for the success of Project 514
- Creating relevant materials that promote the purposes of Project 514
- Defining the project scope and budget that is appropriate for your projects, including, but not limited to, marketing and generational services
- Preparing quarterly budgets for review at annual business meetings
- Overseeing the timely handling of donations (recordings, receipts, correspondences)
- Maintaining facilities, including group meeting sites (cleanliness, repairs, improvements, remodeling)
- Writing group curriculum and other study materials for all attendees and prospective attendees
- Coordinating meetings, facility leaders, group leaders, and community involvement events
- Accountable for day-to-day activities, budgets, work ethic, and relationships in or relating to project 514
