The 5.14 Project

The 5.14 Project in the Netherlands is an organization that seeks to assist people of all faiths, cultures and world-views in the area of personal growth through community focus groups. These groups strive to assist people by providing coaching in the areas of life purpose, family interaction, struggles with addictive behaviors, and interpersonal relationships.

Job description

As a member of senior management, the vice president of administration is responsible for:
1. overseeing the day-to-day business operations of Project.
2. acting as chief financial officer for the 5.14 Project. Preparation of and executing annual budgets, expenditures and purchases; review of daily financial operations and accounting practices.
3. serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors providing insight and direction for the operations and future of the 5.14 Project.
4. the formation and facilitation of focus groups. Selection of focus group curriculum.
5. represents and markets the goals and interests of the 5.14 Project as directed by the Board of Directors.
6. assuming oversight on behalf of the 5.14 Project for potential future expansion.
7. supervising the care of properties, equipments, IT functions.

Job requirements

Candidates should have (at least) the following educational background as well as practical experience:
1. a degree in Business Management
2. theological training from an institution recognized by Baptist Bible Fellowship International
3. a minimum of 5 years experience in leading small and large group discussions
4. a minimum of 3 years experience in addressing large groups for the purpose of instructing and equipping others as group facilitators
5. a minimum of 3 years experience in obtaining grants and other sources of funding
